It is up to the former UniSol Luc Devereaux to stop a group of terrorists from killing the Ukrainian Prime Minister's children, whom they have taken hostage, and also from blowing up the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. It is the fifth installment in the Universal Soldier film series.
